REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made after July 29, 2011 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $350. Registrants who do not cancel prior to September 30, 2011 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. No refunds will be processed prior to the event. Refunds due to registrant error will be subject to a $100 processing fee.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to: Offshore Communications, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or info@offshorecomms.com.
